The Institute of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering is involved in the engineering of self-propelled vehicles, the development of new materials and the advancement of composite manufacturing. The institute trains hundreds of students every year at undergraduate, master and doctoral level. It also provides a range of engineering services to companies and partners, from modelling to production optimisation.
