EveryPay is looking for a Software Developer who actively is taking part in software development, testing and quality ensuring processes following the rules and regulations distinctive to the field that EveryPay operates in. Hired candidate from abroad will be offered help on relocation.

General Responsibilities:

• Software development according to business requirements
• Software architecture development according to business requirements
• Reviewing and optimising code produced by team members
• Encourage Test Driven Development and automated testing
• Take part in business requirement creation process
• Participate in project planning

Skills & Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in object oriented software development
• Experience in at least one MVC framework (Ruby on Rails is a plus)
• Experience with relational databases
• Knowledge of non-relational databases
• Ability to learn new concepts and technologies quickly
• Full proficiency of English language
• Good understanding of Agile software development
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills by showing initiative and being well organised
• Desire to own the assignment from beginning to end while meeting the goals and objectives within assigned timeframes
